Shipping Information

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected courier service.

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

• Jabodetabek: 1–3 working days
• Other cities in Indonesia: 2–7 working days

Please note that delivery may take longer during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, or other high-volume periods.

Selecting an express or faster shipping service only affects the courier's estimated delivery time. Our standard order processing and packing time still applies.

 

Order Processing

Our orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Payments received or confirmed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once payment has been confirmed, please allow approximately 1 business day for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

 

Delivery Issues

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, an incomplete or incorrect address, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier. However, if you experience an issue with your shipment, our team will be happy to assist you in following up with them.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your order. Once a parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order, responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please contact us so we can assist in checking its status.

 

When Your Order Arrives

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive an incorrect item, incorrect size, or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
