Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase from 2023 Jeans. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to assist according to the policy below.

Items purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or as part of a promotional offer are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

7-Day Exchange Period

Please contact us within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

 

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept requests for:

• Size exchanges

• Items with a manufacturing defect

• An incorrect item or size sent by us

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, preference, or incorrect selection by the customer, except for eligible size exchanges.

 

Unboxing Video Required

To submit a return or exchange request, a complete unboxing video is required.

The video must begin while the package is still fully sealed and continue without interruption until the item has been completely removed from the packaging. Please make sure the shipping label is clearly visible in the video.

We are unable to approve claims without a valid unboxing video.

 

Item Condition

All returned items must be in their original condition. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• Unaltered

• Free from stains, marks, scents, or other signs of use

• Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

Return Shipping

For size exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach us.

For defective item, incorrect product, or incorrect size due to an error from our side, we will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item. Our team will provide further instructions and assist with the return process.

 

Exchanges & Availability

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose another available product. If a suitable replacement is not available, a refund may be offered.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
